Sollte eine Vinyl beim Transport beschädigt worden sein oder sollten Inhalte fehlen, bitte senden Sie innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt des Produkts (es zählt das Lieferdatum des Versanddienstleisters) eine e-Mail mit einem Foto des beschädigten oder unvollständigen Produkts und der Seriennummer an the@belgianstallion.de. Gemeinsam werden wir uns dann auf eine Lösung einigen.

If a vinyl has been damaged in transit or if any content is missing, please send an email with a photo of the damaged or incomplete product including the serial number to the@belgianstallion.de within 14 days of receipt of the product (the delivery date of the shipping provider counts). Together we will then agree on a solution.
